Block moulds and its extension
Set of moulds regrouped in blocks and equipped with an extension.
These mould blocks will save you time and handling. They facilitate the moulding installation, moulding, turning and unmoulding. We have blocks mould suitable for all types of cheese (soft cheese, lactic cheese etc.) from cow's milk, goat's milk etc…
These blocks mould can be supplied with extensions if required. They will allow you to mould more curd and adjust the height of the block mould.
We also offer a 3-in-1 block mould to make different cheeses according to the number of supporting bases: Crottin, chabis and log.

Made of certified food grade plastic, our blocks mould are highly shock-resistant and easily machine washable.
Multiple shapes and diameters of mould blocks are available:
- Rounds (for Crottins, Saint Marcellins, Epoisse, Camembert, etc...)
- Squares (Pont-l 'Evêque)
- Oval
Perforated blocks mould are also available, which allow side draining of the whey, ideal for lactic cheeses.
Depending on the model, mould blocks can be used with or without a tray. They are then framed with rods that stiffen the block mould and make turning easier!
