Rotating-lobe curd pump
The pump operates on the rotating-lobe system to transfer the product. This mechanism is suitable for the transfer of curd, viscous and delicate materials in the dairy.
Applications include e.g.:
- The production of cheeses using pre-drained curd: after cooling the curd is transferred by the pump to the filter press before moulding.
- The manufacture of hard cheeses: after settling in a vat the mixture is transferred by the pump to a pre-pressing and cutting machine

The following technical specifications of the pump are a function of the use, and the material to be pumped:
- speed, either fixed or variable
- The flow rate

- the size
The pump is mounted on castoring wheels. A handle can be added for manoeuvring the pump.
A small electronic control panel houses the start/stop and speed controls.
The size and power of the pump are chosen to suit your production requirements.
