The ice cream machine will transform the mix from liquid to ice cream. The turbine is perfect for expanding the ice cream mix and freezing it. This transformation is possible thanks to two phenomena: the expansion and the freezing of the mix.
The expansion comes from the rotary motion that introduces air into the mix to achieve a mousse-like result. The fairly compact expansion valve allows you to quickly make various flavours in order to present a wide range of your product!
The ice turbine is equipped with a 2480 Tropicalised cooling unit for temperatures up to 50°C, in which the refrigerant fluid r455a circulates.
The cleaning time has been optimised thanks to the cleaning function included in the equipment.
Mounted on castor wheels, 2 of which have brakes, you can adjust the hardness of your ice cream. Also, you have a double speed of extraction integrated.
