Individual mould
Individual mould for different cheeses (pressed and lactic).
These moulds allow the individual moulding of cheeses.
Different models and sizes are available depending on the cheese you want to make.
The individual moulds we offer are mainly intended for Hard, pressed cheese.
For lactic cheese logs, the moulds are individual in order to facilitate handling during the demoulding, but are grouped into a set for ease of handling.
The moulds can be filled easily using a distributer.
The moulds are made of food grade plastic. They are shock resistant and easily machine washable.
Multiple shapes and diameters are available for making various cheeses.
1. Hard cheese curd:
- Dutch type (round shape)
- Reblochon type, using self-pressing moulds
- Manchego
- Mountain Tomme type (raclette, Pyrenean cheese etc), using microperforated moulds.
- Other shapes with microperforated walls eg. rectangular, square.
2. Lactic cheese logs:
- Conical shape type Sainte-Maure
- Straight shape.
The latter are assembled in a set of:
- 48 moulds for conical shape
- 30 moulds for the straight shape.
Each set is provided with a distributer, which will help you during moulding.
