Moulding and draining table
Moulding and draining table
These three types of table allow the moulding and draining of three types of cheese: lactic, soft and hard cheeses.
- The draining table with chute. The moulds are placed directly on the table and the curd is mould by ladle.
- The draining table for soft cheeses. Set low, this table allows for working at the correct height for the manufacture of cheeses in blocks moulds or for taller cheeses.
- The moulding table for hard cheese (on castors wheels). It allows for working at the correct height while moulding hard cheese while also eliminating manual handling.
The tables are entirely in stainless steel.
- The draining table with chute:
The slope of the table allows the whey to be discharged to the chute. The outlet of the whey is placed in the centre of the chute. The feet are adjustable in height.
- The draining table for soft cheese:
The table is ergonomic. It can be positioned after a container turner; the divider will direct the curd to the block moulds.
The whey is discharged down the table slope.
- The moulding table (on castors) for pressed cheese:
The vat is emptied by gravity, through its lifting. The table, being on castors, is placed underneath. A flexible hose at the outlet of the tank directs the curd and whey towards the moulds.
These tables can be custom-made. To find out more, consult the technical sheet or contact us.
