Moudling ladles and spoons
Ladles and curd shovel are used for delicate manual curd moulding. The spoons are particularly suitable for soft cheeses such as Brie which requires careful handling of the curd.
Several models are available depending on the curd vat used, the type of cheese pate and the shape of the moulds.

Technical sheet
The ladles :
They are made entirely of stainless steel. The scoop is half-spherical in shape, available in a range of sizes.
A hook at the end of the handle allows the ladle to be hung up, which facilitates storage.
The Curd shovels :
- Brie shovel: made in stainless steel, round, flat and perforated; with the handle on top. Ideal for recovering fragile curd.
- Classic curd shovel: two models made in plastic and one in stainless steel.
