Triblender powder-mixing system
This mixing system produces homogeneous mixtures of powder and granular products with the base liquid.
The base liquid is pumped through the mixing chamber to achieve a uniform blend with the solids.
This mixing system can be used for:
- The preparation of brines
- The reconstitution of milk
- The production of syrups
- The mixing of bentonites, thickeners and sugars
- Adding thickeners, lime and other additives
Technical sheet
The powder-mixing system is made entirely of stainless steel. The parts in contact with the product are made from polished AISI 316L; those not in contact with the product are made from AISI 304.
We have three models, of different powers, depending on the volumes required.
The following can be added as required to the basic powder-mixing system:
- Pneumatic valve
- Level sensor
- Vibrators
- Control panel
- Base and a trolley
