Kits and testing equipment to monitor your product.
You will find here test and control equipment necessary for the supervision of your product:
- An acidimeter kit. Essential for information at certain stages of production to determine the acid titration level of the product or milk.
- A pH analysis kit that is ideal for monitoring the acidity of your mixture.
- A mercury thermometer specially designed for the food industry.
- A laboratory table for taking measurements and completing product registration sheets.
Technical sheet
1. The pH testing kit includes:
- A carrying case
- A pH meter
- A cheese/milk combination probe
- A maintenance and regeneration solution for the probe
- Two 20mL pH7 and pH4 buffer solutions
2. The acidimeter kit includes:
- A 500 ml bottle made of flexible polyethylene mounted on a rigid plastic base.
- A Glass burette with enamel strip and engraved indelible graduations.
The mercury thermometer has a temperature range from -10°C to 110°C. A protective plastic sheath is also supplied.
The laboratory table, which has a smooth surface, is made entirely of stainless steel and can be equipped with four castors. Several table lengths are available.
