The Camembert-making container is used to pour the curd-whey mixture - using a bin turner and a mould distributer - directly into moulds placed on trays with mats. The conveyor moves the trays after filling.
The containers are made of food-grade plastic and have a capacity between 80 and 125L. Optionally, Avedemil proposes a cover, and a wheeled support that allows the containers to be moved individually whilst raising it above thus ground limiting heat loss.
The pneumatic conveyor turner enables the curd to be poured into the block mould in a single step using a distributer and chute.
The electric conveyor turner performs the same function but with an electric motor.
Trays can then be distributed on a tray conveyor which moves them after filling. Bespoke dimensions, highly practical and made for working comfort, the conveyor is a necessity for productivity.
