Mould tray for lactic cheese
The mould tray help the manufacture of small cheeses equivalent to 20-25 grams, and aperitif cheeses.
Various sizes and shapes are available depending upon your requirements.
The principle is to fill each mould with pre-drained curd using a ladle ; the mould plate being placed directly on a draining mat. Quick and practical, this method makes several identical small cheeses

Several shapes, diameters and numbers of moulds are available:
- Round 40 to 60mm diameter
- Square 40 x 40mm
- Rectangular 50 x 36mm
- Triangular 60 x 60 x 60mm
- Heart-shaped 60mm diameter
- Aperitif sized
Made entirely of HDPE the external dimensions of the mould tray are 600 x 490mm.
